The going’s ons!

She started a podcast!

I may or may not have had a dream to have a podcast since my senior year of high school. I had episode outlines scattered throughout my notes app, drafts of graphics, and finally purchased a microphone last December. And I’m glad to say the podcast plane has finally taken off!

My one true aim with this, as you may could have guessed, is to share the stories and wisdom of the wonderful people around me. And there’s one million directions it could take, which is the best part. Follow along to hear about all the things zipping around in my brain and in the brilliant brains of my dearest friends!

Your Unofficial Tour Guide (and personal stylist)

Potentially obvious, definitely on-brand, I love a good trip. Whether it’s chasing the sunrise in the Blue Ridge mountains or crossing off all of my New York City bucket list items, I’m never turning down a chance to see more of the world (and ideally look chic doing it).

While I may not be able to take a quick getaway every weekend, I love to share my hotspots and itineraries with dear friends and family. Being a natural planner with seemingly endless energy when traveling, I thrive constructing a dream day in a new place.

This is my personal invitation: book the trip, tell me where, and I’ll more than happily draft up an itinerary (or two) for you!*

*And if you need outfit inspiration, I’d be happy to be your personal shopper too!

Heading up Samford’s Biggest Tradition

Dancing, singing, and competing for first place in my University’s most longstanding tradition? Yes please!

For both my sophomore and my senior year at Samford, I was selected to direct a Step Sing show. While no small task, it was an incredible honor to be trusted with teaching 80 young women with all levels of experience choreography that would hopefully wow the crowd and bring home a trophy!

This was undoubtedly my favorite leadership opportunity in college. Learning how to earn respect while leading with love, striving for excellence and still prioritizing fun, and building an unforgettable experience for our group was so special. And the icing on the cake: both years our group won the Participants’ Choice and Judges’ choice in Choreography award, and Directors of the Year our senior year!
